Pet policy
We’re sorry, NO PETS ALLOWED.
Midweek
is Sunday through Thursday ONLY excluding holidays, July and August.
Room tax
A 12% Placer County room tax applies to all rentals of less than 30 days.
Minimum stay
Summer (July & August): 5 nights
3 day holiday periods: 3 nights
Christmas/New Years: 5 nights
Rest of year: 2 nights
Cancellations
Anything outside of 30 days notice: $75.00 non-refundable booking fee
Less than 30 days notice: 100% of rent due
Occupancy
Select one bedrooms — maximum 4 persons. Two bedroom — maximum 4-6 persons. Violation will result in fines assessed and you will need to checkout or find accommodations for your any additional guests.
